You save a recipe from your feed, then ten more. Then it's 7 p.m., you're tired, and you make toast again.
This book takes the vegan dishes the internet keeps sharing and makes them work on a real weeknight. Every recipe is planned for 30 minutes or less (the Dubai cups just need extra freezer time), with shortcuts like microwave rice, bagged slaw and the air fryer. The steps tell you what to look, listen and smell for, so you know when it's done.

Questions
Is every recipe vegan?
Yes. No meat, fish, eggs, dairy or honey. Ingredients that are sometimes made with animal products (like chili crisp, bread or kimchi) have a "check the label" note.
Do I need special equipment?
A pan, a pot and a microwave cover most recipes. Some use an air fryer or a blender, and the tips give another way when possible.
How do I get the book?
Right after checkout you get a download link by email and on the receipt page. It's a PDF you keep.
Can I print it?
Yes. It's US Letter size. Print the whole book or just the planner pages and grocery lists.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes. Any device that opens a PDF works. On iPad it's even nicer with GoodNotes or Notability.
Are the photos real?
The photos are AI-generated images that show roughly how each dish can look. Your plate may look a little different. The recipes and steps are written for normal home kitchens and busy weeknights.
How many people does a recipe feed?
Most recipes serve 2 and drinks serve 1. Cooking for one? Eat the second portion for lunch the next day. The meal plan is built around that.
I'm new to vegan cooking. Is it for me?
Yes. Every step tells you what to look for so you know when it's done, and ingredients come from a normal supermarket.
Who made this?
Friday Pages, a small independent shop that makes planners and cookbooks. Questions? Message us through our Gumroad store.
Is this a physical book?
No. It's a digital download, so nothing is shipped.
